With a background in a product-focused IT company in the hosting domain, I bring strong analytical thinking, empathy for users, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams. I’ve worked in customer support, where I led quality assurance initiatives and helped improve internal knowledge processes.

To strengthen my data analytics skills, I completed an intensive data analytics and engineering program with EPAM, working on practical tasks involving Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data quality control.

I'm now eager to contribute as a BI Analyst and continue developing expertise in turning raw data into product insights.
